Detailed descriptions of our services, pricing, project scope, and specific deliverables will be provided in separate service agreements, proposals, or invoices entered into between Marketise Advertisement & Publicity & Photography - L.L.C and the client.

3. Website Use and Conduct

  • Client Work: All intellectual property developed by Marketise Advertisement & Publicity & Photography - L.L.C for clients as part of a paid service will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees, as specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to use such work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Booking Appointments and Services

  • Availability: Appointments and service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Marketise Advertisement & Publicity & Photography - L.L.C.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Our cancellation and rescheduling policy for appointments and services will be clearly communicated during the booking process or in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within a specified notice period to avoid charges.

  • Payments: Fees for services are outlined in specific proposals or communicated during the booking process. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe). We do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your bookings.
